Vicki McGrath is a self taught artist and has been expressing herself through art ever since she could pick up a crayon. Being the shy child that she was, she spent many hours alone with her sketchbook. After one of her drawings won a blue ribbon in first grade, she was hooked!
Vicki describes her artistic vision as showing the beauty of everyday objects that surround us… flowers, fruits, animals and knick knacks. Vicki loves to paint subjects that make the viewer smile. With her paintings she tries to capture a pleasant memory - something from childhood perhaps - that brings the viewer a sense of nostalgia and happiness.
Vicki has sold artwork to customers around the world, and has been the featured artist in Cottages and Bungalows Magazine. Vicki’s work can be found in Serena & Lily Design shops around the country. Her artwork can also be seen as greeting cards in Trader Joe's stores.
